Feature Highlight: GovAIQ

Learn how to efficiently create, analyze, and customize RFP responses with GovAIQ. Boost productivity and collaborate seamlessly!

Ready to begin using GovAIQ? Follow these steps:

  1. Visit GovAIQ at govaiq.com

  2. Select the "dashboard" option located at the top-right of the webpage

  3. You'll then be redirected to the login screen. From here, you'll want to make sure that you are toggled to the "Sign Up" option.

  4. Enter your G2X account credentials and select "Verify your G2xchange Subscription" once done.

  5. After a few minutes, you should receive an email verification with a 6-digit code - insert the code and you are in!

    *note: if you do not receive the code, check your spam/junk folder*

 

1. Creating a Workspace

  • Step 1: Begin by creating a workspace. Simply type any workspace name in the box provided.

  • Step 2: Click "Create" to set up your workspace.

2. Uploading an Opportunity

  • Option 1: Upload the Opportunity document in PDF format from your computer.

  • Option 2: Use a URL from sam.gov to upload the Opportunity.

  • Process:

    • Copy the URL of the desired Opportunity.

    • Click on "Upload from sam.gov link."

    • Paste the URL into the prompt and hit "Enter."

    • Select the relevant RFP documents (e.g., PDFs) and click "Start Train."

3. Analyzing the Opportunity

  • Functionality: GovAIQ analyzes the opportunity and extracts key components such as:

    • PWS (Performance Work Statement)

    • SOW (Statement of Work)

    • Greening criteria

    • FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) requirements

4. Creating an Opp Response

  • Step 1: Click on "Co-pilot" and then "Start."

  • Step 2: GovAIQ will continue to analyze the opportunity and assign tasks to writing agents, including:

    • Further research within the opportunity documents

    • Writing and refining the response

  • Process: The agents' outputs are grounded in the opportunity documents. This process may involve several iterative cycles to ensure quality.

5. Editing and Customizing Content

  • Editor Agents: Refine previous responses, organize content for smooth flow, and ensure compliance with the opportunity requirements.

  • Customization: The AI writing assistant allows customization of the content, such as:

    • Refining technical responses

    • Modifying personnel management plans

  • Editing Interface:

    • Acknowledge the terms of service.

    • Access the co-pilot editor to view and edit AI-generated content.

    • Highlight and modify specific paragraphs using the command palette. For example, you can expand a sentence by clicking "Expand this."

6. Enhancing Productivity

  • Chat Feature: Located on the right side of the dashboard.

    • You can ask questions or use predefined templates (e.g., "What is the scope of work?") to quickly retrieve relevant information.

  • Collaboration: Set up a shared workspace in the settings.

    • Use the discussion panel to open up discussions with teammates.

    • Draft notes for yourself or your team.
