🤖 Getting Started with Proposals (GovAIQ)

Proposals (GovAIQ) streamlines proposal development by helping you create, analyze, and refine RFP responses using AI—all within a collaborative workspace.

🚀 Getting Access to GovAIQ (for first-time use ONLY)

  1. From within the G2X menu options, select "Proposals" or visit govaiq.com

  2. Click the “Dashboard” option in the top-right corner

  3. On the login screen, toggle to “Sign Up”

  4. Enter your G2X account credentials

  5. Select “Verify your G2Xchange Subscription”

  6. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code

    • Tip: If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder

  7. Enter the code to log in and get started


 

🗂️ 1. Creating a Workspace and Uploading an Opportunity

  • Type a workspace name into the prompt

  • Click “Create” to launch your workspace
  • Upload an Opportunity
    • Select the file from your computer
    • Click “Start Training” to begin the analysis

Note: This process could take 1-5 minutes to complete

 


🔍 3. Analyzing the Opportunity

Once your opportunity is uploaded, GovAIQ will open the Analyst tool, the first screen in your workspace’s dashboard.

  • Use the Analyst to ask AI-driven questions about the opportunity

  • Responses are grounded in the documents you've uploaded

  • Try suggested prompts like:
    “What is the scope of work?”
    “What is the evaluation criteria”
    “What is the timeline for this project?”

GovAIQ also automatically extracts key sections, including:

    • PWS (Performance Work Statement)

    • SOW (Statement of Work)

    • FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

    • Greening Criteria and other compliance indicators

 


 

✍️ 4. Creating a Pink Team Opportunity Response

  1. Click the plane icon "Copilot" and then “Start”

  2. AI writing agents will:

    • Perform deeper analysis of documents

    • Draft content grounded in the opportunity

    • Iterate through revisions for accuracy and completeness

  3. Accept the Acknowledgments before continuing - then press "Continue"

Note: This part can take about 10-15 minutes to complete - don't leave this page while the AI is completing the Proposal Agents

 


🛠️ 5. Editing & Customizing Your Content

Use the built-in editor to:

  • Refine technical responses

  • Modify management plans

  • Organize and format sections for compliance

How to Edit:

  • Acknowledge the terms of service to access the editor

  • Use the Copilot editor to view and revise content

  • Highlight content and use the command palette to expand, reword, or restructure content (e.g., “Expand on this”)

 


⚡ 6. Enhancing Collaboration & Productivity

Your GovAIQ workspace includes several collaborative tools designed for capture teams:

  • Analyst Notes
    Save responses from the Analyst tool directly into your Notes section for future reference
  • Notes Tab
    • Store personal notes or draft responses
    • Tag insights and organize content as you refine your response strategy
  • Discussion Panel
    • Once a workspace is shared, team members can leave comments and start threads
    • Use it to ask questions, flag issues, or align on next steps—directly in context

These tools make it easy to centralize communication and streamline collaboration across your proposal team.
