How do I change my password?

3. Select the "Settings" option from the drop-down menu.
4. Locate the subheading labeled "Account Info".
5. Once in this settings area, you will be able to change your password to your new password in the designated area. Retype your password. Select "Reset Password" once completed.

If you are unable to log into your account and need a password reset, follow the steps below -

1. At the login screen, attempt to log in with your account credentials
2. If you receive an error message that your information is correct, select the "Reset Password" option.
3. If the account email is correct, an email will automatically send to the email address on file.
4. Locate the reset email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
5. If you do not receive a reset email, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact our support team for further assistance.
