While we understand that industry moves happen, individual memberships are non-transferable.
G2X charges an annual membership fee. This individual Membership fee is charged per person and sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. G2X reserves the rights to offer promotions and promotional codes to specific user groups (e.g. individuals who are sole proprietors or work for small businesses, etc.) and loyalty discounts. Membership will automatically renew and the fee will be automatically billed to the credit card account provided in the registration process. Members may cancel at any time by visiting the "Account and Billing" section located in the left-hand side of the page. Members have the option to change to another valid credit card at any time.
Canceling Membership
Members may cancel a Membership at any time by contacting G2X Member Services. Please provide the username and address. Requests for cancellation of Membership must take place 7 days prior to the next payment period or the full and regular amount for the next payment period will be charged. G2X does not refund any part of the Membership fee.
Termination of a G2X Membership will include removal of access to all G2X services, including access to the relevant website platform.
Furthermore, Members must agree that all terminations shall be made at the sole discretion of G2X and G2X shall not be liable to a Member or to any third party for the termination or the loss of any information related to the lost account.
Membership Dues/Fees and Billing
G2X reserves the right to charge an annual Membership fee to all Members and to change or modify the fee at its discretion. G2X reserves the right to discontinue any portion of the on or offline services provided by G2X without prior notice, including www.g2xchange.com and app.g2xchange.com
