      How to Cancel Your Membership and What to Expect

      How to Cancel Your Membership:
      Cancelling your membership is a straightforward process designed to ensure convenience for our members. Here are the steps to cancel your membership:

      1. Log in to Your Account: Visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials.
      2. Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, navigate to your account settings. This is located in the top navigation menu, where you would typically see your account favicon
      3. Look for a section labeled "Plan & Billing"
      4. Within the "Plan & Billing" section, ensure that you select the correct vertical type (i.e. Health, FedCiv, or Defense)
      5. Once the correct vertical is selected, scroll to the bottom of this screen where you will see a red button titled "Cancel Subscription"
      6. Select this button and complete the form.
      7. Once you submit the form, a member of our team will contact you about your subscription.
      8. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. This email will include important information, so please keep it for your records.
